Mette Hopsdal is responsible for the culture in ice - its DNA, and for the HR function in the company. Mette has 8 years of experience from Synsam, functioning as director of HR and organisational development. She has also worked with management at various levels in SATS, Elixia and Christiania Glasmagasin. Mette has a teacher's degree from Bergen University College and UIB.

Mette de Nully's long career in HR spans over multiple roles and industries. For the past 3 years she has been heading up Dansk Kabel TV's people transformation. Mette is passionate about HR transformation and digitalisation, and securing the best possible conditions for each employee to perform and succeed.

Yvonne Fosser has held a variety of HR leadership roles in both private and public sector, leading major change in organisations like Hewlett-Packard and Innovation Norway. Over the years she has become a well-known, inspiring voice both on stage and in social media, and she has now taken on a new entrepreneurial role as CEO of Amesto People & Culture. Yvonne’s passion lies in the intersection between business, people and change – always believing in the power of trust and engagement.

Hope Mears Østgaard has over the course of her career in tech built the marketing teams for successful growth of several SaaS companies, like QuestBack, Meltwater, and now holding the role of VP Marketing with CatalystOne Solutions. She has extensive experience from leading remote, international teams - navigating and motivating for the ever-changing environment of high growth organisations.
